Joint collaboration between the NFCR and InhibOx

Hardware

Three computer clusters have been made available for the DrugFinder service.

All software used in the DrugFinder pipeline are installed on these machines. InhibOx's internal network allows each of these programs to connect to CSPACE and VSPACE.

E-Cluster is the cluster which has been reserved exclusively for the DrugFinder service. Typical execution time for the entire drug-like database on this cluster is around 3-4 days, depending on the size of the binding site.

The availability of the other clusters is dependent on the type of service being used. Details are given in the table below.
